This is the "stealth" advocacy counterpart to my Part #1 blog.  The situation: You're still holding down your job while you're starting your business. "7 Steps to Going Solo While Holding a Job" in CNNMoney came to me via Ken Dyck.  The subtitle tells us, "If you dream of launching your own private enterprise, a stealth plan can be the key to freedom."
